Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Multiple Brands in RobinReach
We now support multiple brands (workspaces) in RobinReach, allowing you to organize your social profiles by brand and manage each brand separately. You can also customize the language and tone for each brand.
What Multiple Brands Does
RobinReach's Multiple Brands feature allows you to create and manage separate workspaces (brands) within your account. Each brand can have its own:
- Social media profiles
- Content and posts
- Brand settings (logo, tone, mission, language, timezone)
- Team members and permissions
- Repurposing tasks
Accessing Brand Management
- Click on your profile icon in the top-left corner
- A dropdown menu will appear showing your current brand
- You'll see a list of all your other brands below the current one
- Click on any brand name to switch to it

Creating a New Brand
Prerequisites:
- You must be an Admin or Account Admin in your current company
- Your plan must allow adding more brands (paid plans only)
- You must not have exceeded your brand limit
Step-by-Step Process:
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Click on your current company name in the dropdown
- Select "New Brand" from the options
- Fill in the brand details form:
- Brand Logo (optional): Upload a logo image (PNG, JPG, JPEG)
- Brand Name (required): Enter a unique name for your brand
- Brand Email (required): Email address for this brand
- Brand Timezone (required): Select the timezone for this brand
- Brand Tone (required): Describe the tone of voice for this brand
- Brand Mission (optional): Enter the brand's mission statement
- Preferred Language (required): Select the primary language
- Brand Website (optional): Enter the brand's website URL
- Brand Country (required): Select the country where the brand operates
- Click "Create" to create the new brand
What Happens When You Create a Brand
- The new brand is created and you're automatically switched to it
- You're redirected to the Connect page to set up social profiles
- All Account Admins from your parent company are automatically added to the new brand
- All Admins from your current company are also added to the new brand
- You maintain the same role in the new brand as you had in the parent company
Switching Between Brands
- Click on your profile icon in the top-left corner
- You'll see a list of all your brands
- Click on any brand name to switch to it
- You'll be redirected to the brand's dashboard
- The sidebar will show the current brand's logo and name
Brand Management Features
- Brand Search: Use the search box to quickly find a specific brand
- Default Brand Indicator: The default brand shows a "⭐ Default" badge
- Brand Logos: Each brand can have its own logo or will show the first letter of the brand name
- Brand Limits: Your plan determines how many brands you can create
Brand Settings and Customization
Each brand can have its own:
- Logo: Upload a custom logo image
- Brand Name: Unique identifier for the brand
- Email: Contact email for the brand
- Timezone: Time zone for scheduling and reporting
- Brand Tone: Voice and tone for AI-generated content
- Brand Mission: Mission statement for content alignment
- Language: Primary language for content generation
- Website: Brand website URL
- Country: Geographic location for content localization
Team Management Across Brands
- Admins: Automatically have access to all brands under the account
- Account Admins: similar access to admin all brands as well
- Other Roles: Must be manually added to each brand
- Role Inheritance: When creating a new brand, your current role is maintained
Brand Limits and Restrictions
- Plan-Based Limits: Your subscription plan determines how many brands you can create
- Brand Limit Check: The system prevents creating brands if you've reached your limit
- Upgrade Required: If you exceed your limit, you'll need to upgrade your plan
- Free Plan: Cannot create additional brands (only paid plans support multiple brands)
Social Profile Management
- Brand-Specific Profiles: Each brand has its own set of social media profiles
- Profile Transfer: You can transfer social profiles between brands
- Profile Isolation: Profiles are isolated per brand for security and organization
Content and Post Management
- Brand-Specific Content: Each brand has its own content library and posts
- Separate Calendars: Each brand has its own content calendar
- Independent Scheduling: Posts are scheduled independently per brand
- Brand-Specific AI: AI content generation uses each brand's specific tone and mission
Repurposing Tasks
- Brand-Specific Tasks: Repurposing tasks are created per brand
- Source Profile Selection: Can only select from the current brand's social profiles
- Destination Profiles: Can only repurpose to profiles within the same brand
- Task Limits: Each brand has its own repurposing task limits
Troubleshooting
"You are not authorized to create a brand"
- You need Admin or Account Admin role in your current company
"You have exceeded your allowed brand limits"
- Your plan doesn't allow creating more brands
- Upgrade your plan to create additional brands
"You don't have access to this workspace"
- You don't have permission to access that specific brand
- Contact your Account Admin to grant you access
Brand not appearing in the list
- Check if you have the correct role/permissions
- Ensure the brand was created successfully
- Try refreshing the page
