ACCESSING THE REPURPOSING FEATURE

Navigate to the sidebar and click on Repurpose

You'll be redirected to the Repurpose page, which contains comprehensive repurposing options:

HOW TO SETUP REPURPOSE TASKS

Overview

Setting up repurpose tasks in RobinReach allows you to automate the process of adapting and distributing your content across multiple platforms. This feature enables you to create workflows that automatically transform and publish your content in various formats, saving time and ensuring consistency across your social media presence.

Step-by-Step Task Setup

Access the Repurpose Dashboard
- Navigate to the sidebar and click on "Repurpose"
- Click on "Create New Task" or "Setup Repurpose Task"
- Choose the type of repurposing task you want to create
Select Source Content
- Choose the original content you want to repurpose:
  - Existing posts from your library
  - New content you want to create
  - URLs to external content (blogs, articles)
  - Media files from your device
- Specify the content format and source platform

If something goes wrong

If a connection expires or becomes invalid, you'll see an in‑app alert with the account name and platform.

Fix it in seconds:

Go to Social Profiles
Click Reconnect for the affected account
Return to Repurpose and run the task again

Tips

Make sure your source account has recent Reels or videos
Use auto publish if you want posts to go out automatically
If a task is already running, wait until it finishes to run again
