How to Schedule Posts

Scheduling posts with RobinReach is quick and intuitive, allowing you to plan your content strategy efficiently. Here's how to do it:


Step 1: Access the Compose Page

  1. Navigate to the sidebar and click on the Compose button (rocket icon).
  2. You'll be redirected to the Compose page, where you can create your post.
  3. If you don't have any social profiles connected, you'll be prompted to connect them first.



Step 2: Create Your Post

Use the comprehensive features available on the Compose page to craft your post:

    • AI Tools
        • AI Post Optimization: Click the "AI Optimize Post" button to automatically improve your content
        • AI Image Generation: Use RobinPixel to create stunning visuals
        • AI Content Generation: Generate platform-specific content using "Generate with AI" buttons

Step 3: Choose the Scheduling Option

  1. Locate the Publishing Options: Find the dropdown interface at the bottom of the compose form
  2. Select Schedule: Click on the dropdown and choose the Schedule option
  3. Set Date and Time: Use the date/time picker to select when you want your post to go live
  4. Timezone Awareness: The system automatically uses your company's timezone settings

  • The scheduling interface provides:

Step 4: Configure Recurring Posts (Optional)

If you want the post to recur (available on Bloom and Thrive plans):


Recurring Options

  1. Check the Recurring Box: Enable "Make this post recurring"
  2. Select Recurring Type:
    • Daily: Posts every day at the same time
    • Weekends: Posts on Saturdays and Sundays
    • Same day each week: Posts on the same weekday (e.g., every Monday)
    • Same date each month: Posts on the same date each month
  3. Set End Date: Choose when to stop the recurring posts, or leave open-ended

Recurring Settings

    • Start Date: When the recurring posts should begin
    • End Date: When to stop the recurring posts (optional)
    • Frequency Control: Adjust how often posts are published
    • Content Consistency: Same content repeats with the schedule
