How to Cancel Your RobinReach Subscription

If you need to cancel your RobinReach subscription, follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Access the Sidebar Menu

  1. Log in to your RobinReach account.
  2. Hover over your Profile Image in the Sidebar.
  3. From the dropdown menu, click on Manage Billing.


Step 2: Navigate to the Stripe Billing Page

You will be redirected to the Stripe Billing Page, where you can manage your subscription details.

Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription

  1. On the Stripe Billing Page, locate the option to Cancel Subscription.
  2. Click on Cancel Subscription to initiate the cancellation process.

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • After the billing cycle ends, you will no longer be charged, and access to premium features will be removed.
