How to Link Facebook Account

Easily connect your Facebook account to RobinReach to start managing your profiles and pages. Follow these steps:


Step 1: Access the Dashboard

  1. After logging in, you'll land on the Dashboard automatically.
  2. If you're on another page, you can:
    • Click the RobinReach logo on the sidebar to return to the Dashboard.
    • Or, click Add Profile on the sidebar.
    • Alternatively, click the Dashboard button on the website's navigation bar.

Step 2: Select Facebook from the Platform List

  1. On the Dashboard, you’ll see a list or grid of platforms you can connect to RobinReach.
  2. Choose Facebook from the list.
  3. You’ll be redirected to Facebook to begin the integration process.



Step 3: Log In to Facebook

  1. Log in to your Facebook account (if not already logged in).

  1. Follow the Facebook integration prompts:
    • Click Continue as [Your Name].

    • Select the Pages you want to add to RobinReach and click Continue.

    • Choose the Businesses you want RobinReach LTD to access and click Continue.



Step 4: Save Changes on Facebook

  1. Review the permissions and settings.

  1. Click Save and then Got it to complete the Facebook integration.

Step 5: Add Profiles to RobinReach

  1. Once redirected to the RobinReach Dashboard, click Add Profile for all the Facebook profiles you want to connect.

  1. Wait for a moment, and a green notification will appear:
    • "Profile is added successfully."



You're All Set!
