Configuring Your Profile Settings

Manage your account details and preferences in RobinReach by following these steps:

Step 1: Access Your Profile

1. Log in to your RobinReach account.
2. Click on your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner.
3. From the dropdown menu, select My Profile.

Step 2: Update Your Profile Information

On the My Profile page, you can update the following details:

1. Profile Image:
   • Upload a new profile picture by clicking the upload area.

   • Supported file types: PNG, JPG, JPEG.

     Name:

   • Update your name in the Name field.

     Email:

   • Change your email address in the Email field.

     Password:

   • To update your password:
     • Enter a new password in the Password and Password Confirmation fields.
     • Provide your Current Password to save the changes.

Step 3: Enter Your Current Password

• The Current Password field is required to save any changes on this page, including profile image, name, email, or password updates.

Step 4: Save Changes

1. Once you've entered your updates and your Current Password, click the Update button to apply the changes.
